Sofía Vergara Stuns in Topless Bikini Photos to Launch Summer Fun

Sofía Vergara celebrated the start of summer with a bold Instagram post: she went topless by the pool, wearing only the bottom half of a thong bikini, and proudly showcased her own sunscreen line, Toty.

She shared the relaxed, sunny photo on June 8, with the caption “Llego el verano!” (Spanish for “Summer has arrived!”), alongside a bottle of Toty sunscreen placed nearby to highlight the product. Later that day, she also posted an Instagram Story featuring her in a yellow floral swimsuit, a wide straw visor, and her dog, again including Toty sunscreen in the scene.

The response was positive. Fans and friends praised her bold and confident look, and Heidi Klum—her co‑judge on “America’s Got Talent”—jokingly commented, “Come over… I am doing the same thing. Sunbathing”.

Now 52, Vergara has made sun care a key part of her routine. She grew up in the tropical city of Barranquilla, Colombia, where she admits she once “fried” her skin by using coconut oil and tanning beds without protection. That experience inspired her to launch Toty in June 2023, named after her childhood nickname. The brand offers sun-protective skincare and makeup products that fit into everyday beauty routines.

In earlier posts—like one from this April—she also promoted Toty by posting swimsuit photos with SPF products on display, always stressing the importance of sun protection. Vergara has said she’s been using facial sunscreen since the 1990s, but only more recently began caring for the rest of her body, an approach reflected in both her brand and her social media messages.
